Our vision for this event is much like our vision for the future of food: keep it clean.

          Low Waste

Our Green Team is a group of volunteers helping to ensure no compostable or recyclable items end up in the landfill, and to track our event waste to continually innovate ways for its decrease.

 

              Compostables
Food vendors will be serving on compostable plates, cups, and cutlery. Those with reusable beverage containers can also enjoy our free beverage stations, with water and locally foraged iced teas.


                      Bike/Walk for Prizes

We're also strongly encouraging biking or walking to our event, with each person who attends by foot or bike receiving entry into our raffle of an array of fantastic Patagonia gear.
